WHO WE ARE

We help move
projects forward with confidence and scale.

ClearGen provides capital for distributed energy projects, working with experienced developers at key stages of execution.

We’re deliberate about where we engage and clear about where we fit, bringing disciplined underwriting and consistent follow-through from indication to close.

We aim to be a predictable counterparty: responsive in process, clear in communication, and aligned on outcomes so partners can plan around execution, not react to it.

Backed by experience and long-term capital.

Led by industry veterans with deep experience across energy investing and project development, and backed by CBRE Investment Management, a global infrastructure investor and long-term capital partner.

CLEARGEN PLATFORM

WHY CLEARGEN

We provide more than capital.

Capital is essential, but it's only one part of a successful investment. The experience, perspective, and commitment behind that capital often determine how effectively opportunities are evaluated, transactions are executed, and assets perform over time.
Backed by CBRE Investment Management, we combine institutional strength with an entrepreneurial approach to investing.
We offer a range of investment structures tailored to the unique needs of each opportunity.
We work alongside our partners to evaluate opportunities and structure capital solutions that support their objectives.
We invest with a long-term perspective, aligning our interests with those of our partners beyond the transaction.
As an asset owner, we understand how distributed generation assets perform over time and what it takes to operate them successfully. That perspective informs every investment decision we make.
OUR TEAM

Experienced.
Accountable. Aligned.
